Back to the Earth Naturals imports moor mud harvested from Hungary’s Lake Hévíz, a source the company says has been used therapeutically for centuries. Trading under the Torf brand, the company has operated in Europe since 1990 and expanded to the United States in 2003 and Canada in 2011, with facilities in Florida, Colorado, and Ontario. Its moor mud is sold in formats ranging from single-use sachets to 5kg professional packs, alongside a separate Czech balneological bath line (Naturmoor Bath CZP), spanning both professional spa and home use.
